適逢公廣集團20週年，2026公視國際研討會以「公共媒體再進化：擘劃後電視時代的創新轉型」為主題，邀集臺灣、日本與韓國媒體及科技領域專家，共同探討公共媒體在數位時代的轉型策略與未來發展。適逢公廣20週年，本次研討會除回顧公廣發展歷程，也將聚焦後電視時代的媒體創新、製播流程IP化，以及AI手語服務於資訊平權上的應用實踐。研討會特別邀請到日本NHK媒體開發企劃中心副部長北島正司，分享NHK製播流程IP化策略與實務經驗；NHK技研中心箱﨑浩平則將介紹AI手語服務的研究成果與未來展望；韓國EQ4ALL科技公司執行長李寅九亦將帶來韓國AI手語多元案例分享。透過臺日韓跨國交流，展現公共媒體面對科技轉型與社會需求的創新能量與公共價值。

Introduction
Commemorating the 20th anniversary of Taiwan Broadcasting System (TBS), the 2026 PTS International Symposium will be held under the theme “Reinventing Public Media: Innovation and Transformation in the Post-TV Era.” The symposium will bring together media and technology experts from Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea to explore the transformation strategies and future development of public media in the post-TV era.
Featured international speakers include Shoji Kitajima, Deputy Director of the Media Development and Planning Center at NHK, who will share NHK’s strategies and practical experiences in IP-based broadcasting workflows; Kohei Hakozaki from NHK Science & Technology Research Laboratories, who will present the research and future prospects of AI sign language services; and Kevin Lee, CEO of Korea’s EQ4ALL, who will introduce diverse case studies of AI sign language applications in South Korea.
